Breast Implants Sydney
Over the past few days I have been answering a few phone calls that all seem the same to me. Why are we so affordable? What types of implants do you use?
Enhance Clinic only charges $ 6,999 for a Breast Implants Sydney no matter what type of implants you decide to have or what size they are. Our competitors charge anywhere from $ 9,000 – $ 15,000 – What a huge difference ! Ladies the reason why we are so affordable is so that you can have the breasts you have always dreamed about. Enhance Clinic wants YOU to be able to afford to have your breast done and if you cant afford $ 6,999 then you have a choice to pay off your procedure after you have had it.
If you are unsure of what type of implant you would like below are the advantages of Saline and Silicone implants…
Saline Advantages
-Scarring is smaller, even with larger size implants.
-Rupture is revealed immediately.
-Less pain for recovery.
-Cost less than Silicone implants.
-Saline breast implants are available to women age 18 and older for breast augmentation, or women of any age for breast reconstruction.
-Leaking saline solution will be absorbed by your body without posing any health risks.
Saline Disadvantages
-Sometimes the feeling of saline movement can be experienced.
-If a saline breast implant ruptures, the implant will deflate — causing the affected breast to change in size and shape.
-Complication of infection inside the implant during filling.
-Some people can experience change in temperature of the breast implant depending on the season.
Silicone Advantages
-Leakage of silicone gel is not so common.
-There is no sound phenomenon by moving.
-Less movement of content.
-Gel feels more like breast tissue.
-A ruptured silicone breast implant may eventually cause breast pain or changes in the contour or shape of the breast.
Silicone Disadvantages
-It is more difficult to diagnose a rupture.
-The price can be up to 50% higher.
-Silicone implants can form inflammatory granulomas by leakage of gel and even the nodes can be affected.
-The scar is bigger, especially with larger size implants.
After reading the advantages and disadvantages I would feel much safer going with a Saline implant rather than Silicone. To me it just seems a lot safer. Enhance Clinic also prefer to do Saline implants.
My name is Dr Les Blackstock and Cosmetic Surgery is my passion. . This site is an honest representation of myself for any future patients to see and judge me against.
My passion is more than just “surgery”. It is about helping changing how people feel about themselves, and surgery can help with this. I should clarify I am not a Plastic Surgeon, who has completed advanced training in such areas as tendon repairs, burns and reconstructive surgery of congenital defects. Some, but not all Plastic Surgeons, then go on to do train in the specific cosmetic procedures. The most popular such procedures being “breast implants”, “tummy tucks” and “liposuction”. The use of the title “Plastic Surgeon” should only be used by those who are members of the appropriate professional societies. I repeat I am not a Plastic Surgeon and I do not hold myself out to be a Plastic Surgeon..
The other terminology is used often is “Cosmetic Surgery” and “Cosmetic Surgeon”. This terminology is not recognised by any government organisation. It is a collective terminology for organisations of doctors who perform surgery to change the cosmetic appearance of the body. these organisation comprise very noble and good men and woman who have banded together to form “Colleges” and “Association” or “Societies” to train others in the field of Cosmetic Surgery. With respect to these organisation, in some instances doctors are attempting to promote themselves as equals to those who have trained in the field of plastic surgery. It is not my position to enter this debate. However, I do not feel it is appropriate for me to describe myself as a “cosmetic Surgeon” but if others choose to use that term to describe me, I will leave that decision for them.
The reality is that some doctor’s believe that the entitlement of a name will influence the public will be to utilise one group over another. It is in the interest of the public to be protected from less trained practitioners. From the inside I can tell you that often the training is very similar in all groups and the titles after a name or the years of training may not necessarily reflect the care for the patients of the clinical outcome of any person’s particular procedure.
IAs I find myself without a clear terminology to describe what I do for people, what should I do?. I can say that I am practicing aspects “cosmetic surgery” or “plastic surgery” but not that I an a “plastic Surgeon” or a “cosmetic Surgeon”. My solution: invent another term. I am an “Aesthetic Surgeon”, I hope this site explains what I feel that term means.
